Curved necklace, transformable into teardrop pendant, made from 280 botanically dyed silk threads.

Traditional Japanese kumihimo braiding techniques with a modern twist.

月 Design and Texture

Lightweight and warm to the touch, crafted from intricately woven silk threads.
Only natural materials are used, including surface-treated glass beads and a coconut button. No metal parts are involved.
Necklace is firmly braided and re-shapeable so can be adjusted to a different U shape curve, or turned into a teardrop pendant.

月 Eco-Friendly Concept

Threads used are off-cuts from a shawl weaving process repurposed in line with the Japanese ecological concept of "mottainai" (avoiding waste).
