Welcome to the sakoran.co.uk terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. 1. Security Policy
At Sakoran, we are aware of, and take very seriously, the security and issues surrounding the use of payment facilities via the Internet. We use PayPal whose user agreement notice is here:

You can have confidence that our online purchasing facilities are secure and safe to use as far as this is possible through PayPal and regular internet services as these stand.

3. Delivery
All items for sale are usually kept in stock. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 5 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or will be given an expected date of delivery.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
4. Returns Policy (Physical Items)
Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, sakoran.co.uk does not sell products on a trial basis.
Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
However, Sakoran always aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We hope to continually expand to provide a larger range to give our customers more choice.
If you wish to return an item which is not suitable or no longer required, you should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us, and should then return the item in original packaging, undamaged within 7 days from the date of the call. You should include paperwork with the original order number stated. We recommend using Royal Mail’s parcel service in all cases, and keeping a proof of sending receipt.
When the item arrives with us we will refund you via PayPal for the cost of the item in full but NOT the cost of returning the item to us. You can choose to have a replacement item (if available).
The goods must be unused and we will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement, and contact you if the claim is in doubt.
5. Cancellations (Physical Items)
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by emailing us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order.You can find details of how to contact us from our contact page.
If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to sakoran.co.uk at your own risk and cost. We therefore strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website:
- Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
- It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original packing and accessories you received with it.
- A proof of purchase must be supplied.
- You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
- We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalised.
- Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you.
You cannot cancel your purchase when:
- the goods were a special order to your specification; or
- 28 days has elapsed following receipt of the goods
Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.
You must prior to returning any goods received, contact our Customer Services by e-mailing us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order. You can find details of how to contact us from our contact page. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund or the product being returned to you. All authorised returns must be returned to sakoran.co.uk, Returns Dept., 60 Kings Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight PO32 6SE.
6. PDF Downloads (Digital Items)
This section covers digital items (PDF downloads) purchased via our website. Once payment for your order is confirmed, we will send your PDF downloadable file as an email attachment to the email address you have specified.
Due to the nature of these digital items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once payment has been received and the item has been sent to you via email. If, however, you do experience any problems with your order, please contact us.
7. Customs
When ordering goods from sakoran.co.uk for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from sakoran.co.uk, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation E-mail’). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
